Valentines is coming up, and my boyfriend really likes books about science, especially evolution im totally out of my element here and was wondering if I could get abit of help trying to pick out books 😽
He doesn't have alot of science books due to his parents being heavily religious so any recommendations would be appreciated

Sediments of Time by Maeve Leakey, memoir by a major Paleoanthropologist that explains what we know about evolution and how we figured it out.
Planet of Viruses by Carl Zimmerman, short book about viruses.
Might not go over well with his parents if he lives with them based on the title alone, but the Sexual Evolution by Nathan Lents is also pretty good, and talks about gender and sexuality in the animal kingdom.
if hes interested in sciences around animal life maybe check out Steve Brusatte’s books, and Tears for Crocodilia by Zach Fitzner
