My boyfriend and I are exchanging books on Valentine’s Day and while his preferred genre is nonfiction/military/history I thought it would be fun to pick one that was loosely connected to Valentine’s Day — not necessarily a love story, just events that happen around the date. It also doesn’t have to be WWII specifically, that’s just the default when he’s buying a book. I keep finding love stories tied to various events when I try to google this so I’m wondering if anyone knows of a title.
