I’m looking for an uplifting memoir by a woman (celebrity or not) preferably about overcoming difficult circumstances or struggles with aging/mid life crisis type themes. I hope this makes sense. Thank you in advance!
You could try Is it just me? by Miranda Hart. Light hearted funny stories about those awkward embarrassing moments we all experience and reflecting on what she was like at 18 and what she thought her life would be like vs what her life actually turned out to be by her late 30s (when this book came out). The book is split into themes like work, hobbies, beauty, family and so on.

Difficult circumstances – uneducated, girl interrupted, the power notebooks
Aging – women rowing north

My number 1 suggestion is
Maybe You Should Talk To Someone by Lori Gottlieb
It’s a lot of crises from the perspective of a therapist, while she goes through her own mid-life crisis. It’s not just a memoir, it feels like a self-help book at times because she explains about psychology and mental health in ways the reader can apply in their own life. This ends very uplifting and wholesome.
Other suggestions:
Crying in HMart by Michelle Zauner
Education by Tara Westover
These two are less uplifting but the authors overcome a lot of difficulties.

Jessica Simpson’s memoir was shockingly good and I wouldn’t call myself an obvious audience for it.
