Both shows are very special to me so I’ve been looking for books that give the same kind of feelings. I’m looking for a good heart-wrenching cry but also some laughs.
I’ve been seeing a lot of recommendations for A Man Called Ove so far so that is first on my list.

My first thought was a man called ove.
There are a couple others that are related to some of those same characters, the Britt Marie book and the my grandmother told me to tell you she’s sorry. All are good. There’s a few others he’s come out with recently that people have said she good like anxious people but I haven’t read them yet.
I thought Vera Wongs unsolicited advice to murderers fits.
