oh nice question! ive been trying to find more books about female samurai too but its pretty hard to find good ones in english. most of what i found is either very focused in male characters or just mentions them briefly
maybe try looking for some translated japanese novels? i remember finding some historical fiction from japan that had strong female warriors but i cant remember the exact titles right now. also there might be some chinese or korean historical novels with similar characters if youre open to expand beyond japan
sorry i cant be more specific but this is such a niche topic that good recommendations are rare
