I was in a car accident in Sept that left me with a broken ankle, femur, hip and arm. I'm still not even walking that much because my femur is not healing as fast as they'd like.. I have had some bouts of depression and anxiety that have given me sweats and chills, loss of appetite, and then I get set back with therapy because I have no strength… Anyways, I could really use some suggestions for a good book for positive thinking and not letting negative thoughts/worries take over.
