Recommend me a book about narcissistic psychopaths

I like books that show extreme characters that are obsessed. It could be anything, obsessed for revenge, blood, attention, love, fear, anything. I think that's why I liked characters like Homelander (The Boys), Light Yagami (Death Note), Joe Goldberg (You), Patrick Bateman (American Psycho), etc. These characters ask the question, "Who'd you really be if you had no limits?"

I love that.
Please recommend me more genuine novels like that. Something that is real.

Some things I read that I didn't like though, were Hannibal Lecter from Red Dragon and Gone Girl.
