Hi!
I've been struggling with depression/anxiety lately and love to read as a distraction. Some of my go-to authors are Sophie Kinsella, Charlaine Harris, Taylor Jenkins Reid (although I've only read a few by her), and Christopher Moore. Some of the books I've read recently are:
– The Book of Doors (LOVED it 5/5)
– 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle (liked it! 3.5/5)
– Abarat (a reread from my childhood but it holds up! 5/5)
I have a few books by Sophie Ranald but haven't read them yet. I recently read My Friends by Fredrik Backman but it was so bittersweet it ended up making me sad; same goes for Matt Haig (both are amazing authors, just not what I'm on the hunt for). I am open to any and all genres (with or without spice) and I'll take any and all suggestions as long as they're on the light hearted side.
