honestly when i was around your age i picked up “the subtle art of not giving a f*ck” by mark manson and it completely shifted how i approached stress and what i actually cared about. sounds cheesy but it taught me to focus my energy on things that actually matter instead of getting worked up over every little thing
also “atomic habits” by james clear is solid if you want to build better routines – started using some of the techniques from that book junior year and my grades actually improved without feeling like i was killing myself studying. the whole idea of making tiny changes that compound over time really clicked for me
both are pretty easy reads too so you won’t feel like you’re slogging through homework when you’re trying to read for fun
