    mainly regarding classics like Stoner, Dorian Grey, The Count of Monte Cristo, etc.

    is it more important/impactful to read these books instead of listening to them? even if the possibilities of getting off track, not understanding certain words, not being 100% focused on reading etc. can effect your experience/opinion on certain books?

      honestly depends on how your brain works, some people absorb way better through audio while others need to see the words on paper

      for classics especially i think whatever gets you through them is the right choice – dorian grey as an audiobook might actually be perfect since wilde’s prose has such a theatrical quality to it anyway
