Spain-based thrillers

I know this is a very niche request, but I read some amazing Spain-based murder mystery thrillers lately such as “The Silence of the White City” series and “The Shadow of the Wind.” I’m also good with North African settings like in “Tangerine.”

I am looking for books outside of these series that have a similar atmospheric vibe, and focus on mysteries , crime, or other thriller-type storylines. North Africa , Spain or Portugal is ok as the setting!
