Any books about men/masculinity that approach the topic from a biological/evolutionary standpoint?

Hi everyone.

I've been reading Demonic Males lately, and that has me curious about more books that could approach masculinity from this perspective. I'm already well versed with socio-cultural understandings of gender, but I require something more bio-sociological in nature if that makes sense to answer some of my questions.

For example, are there any biological reasons for why people turn out to be trans? Evolutionary explanation of male/female in humans? Why are some people gay when clearly it can't lead to reproduction?

I completely respect and understand anthropological insights of gender and sexuality, and I respect everyone who doesn't fall into the binary, but surely there's something inside our genes that explains why it happens.
