Any good books about a benevolent (or seemingly benevolent) AI singularity so powerful it’s basically wish fulfillment?

For example, The Metamorphosis of The Prime Intellect features an AI that basically gives the humans everything they want, and it can even manipulate atoms so they just ask for food and it just appears.
