    Hi loves!❤️ I’m 17 and just left a very co-dependent 3 year relationship. I’ve been through a lot in a short amount of time :surgeries, assault, losing friendships, poor mental health ! At some point I saw no point and actually had a few pretty life threatening attempts —BUT NOW I’m finally in a better place🥳🥳, but I know I have a lot of inner work to do!

    I don’t mean a physical glow up. I mean the kind where you genuinely love yourself, feel strong alone, don’t rely on validation from others, and feel secure in your own company, I tend to treat myself quite poorly and neglect my needs , I’ve lost a lot of weight these past few weeks from my assault and probably weigh about 7stone (not an ED! Just poor anxiety!)

    I really want to focus on forming healthy relationships, treating myself better, learning healthy coping mechanisms, build real self worth, Create discipline and routines that make me feel grounded,

    I’m on beta blockers for anxiety and I’m actively working on my mental health. I’m not looking for “just go to the gym” advice — I’m looking for mindset shifts, habits, therapy types, book recommendations, routines, or experiences that genuinely changed you from the inside out.

    If you’ve rebuilt yourself after something hard, what book actually worked?
