Books/short stories about not being able to control what’s coming out of your mouth

After reading the awesome "Letter to a young lady in Paris" by Julio Cortázar, I'd like to read similar stories. I'm particularly interested in the idea of not being able to control what comes out of your mouth and how that reveals our vulnerability. Thank you!
