Book recommendations for someone who hates most BookTok books

I'm very negative in this post, so I apologise in advance 😭 please don't take offense if you enjoy any of the tropes or books I bash on.

I've stopped reading recently due to the fact that books of this age have become complete cliches containing characters with absolutely no personality and borderline unsettling love interests, which is sad because I used to love reading so much. The only 'BookTok' books I've enjoyed over the past few years are RF Kuang's works (especially Babel) and the Throne of Glass series. I also love The Hunger Games series, as does everyone, and also really enjoyed All The Dead Lie Down, but I haven't heard many people talk about it.

I despise Fourth Wing and anything like it, because the characters were complete rip offs of Red Queen, the writing was awful, and the book itself was full of smut. Does anyone have any (preferably fantasy) book recs that have actually complex characters, an original plot, good plot twists, thoughtful writing and minimal smut/romance that isn't the main point of the story?
