I just bought 9 new books since I finally finished everything sitting on my bookshelf.
I primarily read fantasy, lit fiction, and sometimes read non-fiction (usually essays and memoirs).
I honestly am not entirely sure what I’m in the mood for right now, but I damn sure would love a book that will leave me with the “let me just stare at the ceiling and contemplate life” feeling after I finish the book.
Of the following books, which would you recommend I read first?:
– “The Picture of Dorian Gray” by Oscar Wilde
– “The Summer Book” by Tove Jansson
– “If on a winter’s night a traveler” by Italo Calvino
– “These Precious Days” by Ann Patchett
– “Know My Name” by Chanel Miller
– “The Waves” by Virginia Woolf
– “Persuasion” by Jane Austen
– “Pride and Prejudice” by Jane Austen
– “Emma” by Jane Austen
Thank you in advance!
