I recently finished Never Split the Difference and Atomic Habits back to back.
One taught me how to negotiate with other people.
The other taught me how to negotiate with myself.
Both really shifted how I think about systems, psychology, and behavior change.
Now I’m looking for my next read — something that builds on discipline, mental models, communication, long-term thinking, and ideally helps sharpen my critical thinking.
I’m less interested in surface-level motivation and more in books that genuinely challenge how you think.
What would you recommend and why?
