I just finished reading The Invention of Sound by Chuck Palahniuk and I came across a series of weird typos.
“I want my son should have these”
“I want you should hear a new scream”
“I want you should give this a listen”
and
She offered the packet like she wanted he should take it.
Normally typos don’t bother me and I wouldn’t make a Reddit post about them but the similarities in the typos made me curious. I’m thinking it must be some kind of autocorrect error or something similar that happened in the editing process, but if anyone has an explanation on what might of happened I would love to hear it.
