I have noticed that I distance myself from people because I just assume that they hate me for being trans because of past experiences. I would like a book that proves most people aren’t evil and that I shouldn’t be so scared of humans.

Maybe try Leonard and Hungry Paul by Rónán Hession. Such a feel-good story with delightful characters.
