Hello, so I am in reading slump right now. Recently I dropped the book because the relationships between characters were badly written. I usually tend to love books that focus on characters inner world and their relationship with other characters (non-romantic, for romance I read manhwas 😅)
I would be really grateful if you suggest some books where characters develop platonic relationship with each other.
For reference, the books that I enjoyed a lot in recent years:
The left hand of darkness (my new favourite)
Wind in the willows
I who never known man
Piranesi (I loved the whimsi of the first half of the book)
My all time favourites (all of them focus heavily on relationships between people. Or dragons.):
The grey house
How to train your dragon
City and the stars
I am the messenger
The bridge of clay
