a book about being groomed non sexually. f/f preferably

hello! i am a victim of non sexual grooming. an example of this would be manipulating a persons trust and building a relationship with them to make them hurt themselves but not doing anything inherently sexual. i dont see this much in media and id like to feel represented and having a book to read which covers my trauma would help me cope with things. id like something like lolita but from the victims perspective . apologies for the strange request
