I wanted to share something personal that may resonate with people interested in self-reflection and philosophy.

My father, Iosif Andriasov, spent much of his life writing philosophical reflections about freedom, ego, attachment, and inner discipline. His ideas weren’t academic or abstract, they were practical, often challenging, and meant to be lived, not just understood.

After he passed away, I spent years revisiting his writings. Eventually, I wrote a book called Wisdom and Reflection, where I analyze 100 of his philosophical quotes and explain how they apply to everyday life: relationships, emotional reactions, self-control, and personal responsibility.

The core idea of the book is simple but demanding: real freedom comes from reducing attachment, to ego, to reactions, to distorted self-importance, and learning to see reality more clearly.

I’m not claiming this book has “quick fixes” or motivational hype. It’s meant for people who are tired of surface-level advice and want something quieter, deeper, and more honest.

If anyone here values philosophy that focuses on inner work rather than external success, I’d be happy to discuss the ideas, answer questions, or hear your thoughts. The book itself is secondary, the philosophy is what matters most to me.

    Thanks for reading.
