Hello!
My partner got me two graphic novels for Christmas and since then my hyperfixation started.
I've pretty much exhausted all the ones I'm interested in at the library. I'm looking for any recommendations! I prefer adult but open to YA/Teen. I enjoy fantasy, magical realism, drama, general lighthearted fiction and LGBTQ+. I do enjoy some dark ones but don't like sad stories! I'm going to list quite a few to avoid any recommendations already on my radar 🙂
Some of my favourites so far: Nimona, Flake, Curse of the Chosen (1) and Plumdog
I have just ordered some: The Magic Fish, Thieves, Giant Days, The Moth Kepper, The Ojja Wojja, Amulet
Some TBR I have but savouring: Garlic and the Vampire, The Delicacy, Bone Broth
Other TBR I'm excited for: Young Hag and any Tom Gauld
I have some library reservations atm: Lumberjanes, Sheets, Incredible Doom 2, Let Me In Your Window
2 DNF: Chew (I have a vomit phobia) and In Odd We Trust (too teen for me)
