I recently bought the Little House bundle and was reminded how much I love reading this series when I was young and how interesting it is how people used to live, farm, and cook.
Is there any similar historical fiction but in Asian setting, telling how people used to live during the old days ?

The closest thing I can think of is Lawrence Yep – he does quite a few novels but as a kid I had a copy of Dragonwings that I loved. It does both China and US in 1890-1900s.
But also worth looking into, not exactly what you asked but Prarie Lotus is set in the US but the child is a biracial kid. The author says she was heavily influenced by Little House.
