I'm a 23M who has a soft spot for well written romance stories. I haven't explored romance focused books, mainly just fantasy books with romance as a side plot. I'd like a fantasy book with romance as the main plot (between 2 humans/human-adjacent), while still having some adventure or action involved to keep stakes high. I'm not looking for anything intentionally super smutty or spicy, but I don't mind if there are a few spicy moments. I just want a story where the actual plot is the main focus, not necessarily a book that is just meant for smut. Bonus if its high fantasy, but I'm open to whatever kind.
