Me and my gf want to read a fiction book at the same time, and I’m looking for recommendations.
So, some background about our tastes.
My favourite novel ever is probably Anna Karenina, but I also love Murakami, Labatut, Joseph Heller, Vonnegut, et cetera. So, I like most stuff, as long as it is well written and not tooooo cliche.
My gf loves gothic novels, Jane Austen, Virginia Woolf, but also mentioned recently she would love to read something set in medieval times or a great adventure novel (something like Lewis and Clark, or madhouse at the end of the world – that kind of vibe, but in fiction.)
Any suggestions? Thank you!
