I’ve been interested in this time period since watching 3000 Years of Longing, and I’d love to read a couple of novels about imperial living, conquests, harems, etc.
It’s outside the regular scope of European historical fiction I tend to read, and I’d just like to read fictional accounts of the time. It’s interesting.
