i’m in a zombie / apocalyptic book phase and I need some recs! bonus points if there’s a female mc or there’s queer characters, and also if it’s well developed or is a series.
for zombies, favorite is charon docks at daylight and I also enjoyed omega days due to it being very long and thought out! i absolutely hated the girl with all the gifts and had to dnf… so nothing like that please! I also read hearing red, survival kit, etc so i im afraid i maxed out on all the sapphic zombie books in existence. something giving cdad or the last of us vibes if it even exists! (at this point im going to have to write my own)
I’ve also read and loved the hunger games, life as we knew it, and the 100, so even apocalypse books in that style where it’s from the government or nuclear war are great!!im kinda getting desperate so idc how niche it is
