Jut finished watching Manchester by the Sea and i very much would like to read a book like it – or more specifically like the main character. Like… A story about a sad guy. Idk how else to describe it lol. Maybe some trauma, or just struggling in SOME way. (Perferred if the guy is below the age of 50) Another character i could reference to what im looking for is Ethan Mars from Heavy Rain. Just a guy thats not doing too well in life. Doesn't have to have a happy ending either. Thank you for any suggestions!
