The story cud go like this:
mc and fc marriage for convenience. Forced proximity. But she always loved him. And he dont know that. He thinks she hates him and thats what she shows. So he dont give much emotion into marriage but she does and she dont say this for some reason.. etc. Romance cud be slowburning with good plot. Romance cud be sided.
