A nice book for my mom

So my mom's birthday s coming up and i found out she is really interested in reading books but she hasn't read a book for a long time due to multiple reasons. I was wondering if you guys can suggest some really good novel related to women empowerment( like one of those books that really ignites a place inside of you) or a great book related to indian history that would be fine for a begginer in hindi.
