Hiii! I am looking for books with depth and spice. I’m craving something that is realistic(ish) and features everyday people.
I really love Sally Rooney’s writing. I realize her books aren’t necessarily your typical romance but I like the depth of the characters and seeing their struggles.
Some romance books I have really enjoyed are:
Anything Emily Henry
The Brown Sisters series by Talia Hibbert
First Time Caller by B.K. Borison
Unbound by Kara McKenna
I also LOVED the love story in The Ministry of Time by Kaliane Bradley.
I enjoy the nuance of Sally Rooney’s writing, the detailed sex scenes of BK Borison, the story telling of Emily Henry, and the humor of Talia Hibert.
Does anyone have a book rec that would check most of these boxes??
