Okay, let's see how this turns out. Hey, how are you? I'm a 27-year-old woman from Spain who has embarked on a journey of self-improvement in 2026 and wants to learn more about the world and herself. So, how do people usually learn? Through books (you may also suggest me podcasts or Youtube channel, but I'm more of a bookworm).
