Read Before It’s Too Late

Hi all. I (24M) want some recommendations on books to read before the message of the book will be nearly too late to apply to my life. This doesn’t have to be non-fiction (and ideally, it isn’t). I know Tuesdays with Morrie and Flowers for Algernon. But anything else that is a must read before it’s too late in life?

What book have you read that you wish people who have recommended to you when you were younger.
