Books on critical thinking?

Want to develop skills like my strategic thinking, creating plans, how to innovate, etc. Not sure what the umbrella term is but anything that will help me think more efficiently and proactively to chase my goals, as I often find that I rush into things and don't skew odds in my favour. Appreciate any suggestions!
