Because tea is awesome I would like to know more of how it has been brewed in the past and what kind of customs or rituals paired with it. I am mainly interested in the history of it in Asia.
Does anybody have some book suggestions on this topic?
I have already read The Book of Tea by Okakura Kakuzō and some informational books about gong fu cha.
