I’m looking for a collection of short sci-fi stories that explore unique, thought-provoking concepts similar to Black Mirror.
Not really interested in basic cyborg/AI uprising type plots unless the idea behind it is genuinely fresh. I’m more drawn to stories that explore psychological, societal, or philosophical implications of technology especially ones that feel unsettling, clever, or concept-driven.
Prefer short story collections rather than full-length novels.
Any recommendations that really stuck with you?

How High We Go In The Dark
Stories of your life and others had a great bunch of short stories
The short story collections of Ted Chiang, Stories Of Your Life (And Others) has the short story that inspired the movie Arrival if that’s good incentive for you.
