Hello all,
I’m a 19M from Canada, and I have always had a passion for reading. But as I get older I feel my reading tastes have not quite matured like the rest of me. I’ve always enjoyed fantasy and dystopia’s but feel like there’s more out there that I haven’t scratched the surface of. I also enjoy reading older books, such as the Iliad and the odyssey. But whether it be a book that you feel changed a bit of your worldview or gave you a new perspective I would love to hear your recommendations. No topic is off limit, whether fiction or non-fiction please just let me know.
Thanks for reading, kind regards.

Really enjoyed Vanishing Treasures: A Bestiary of Extraordinary Endangered Creatures by Katherine Rundell. Changed how I saw animals and our relationship with them (and how destructive the human race is to the rest of the world tbh)
For classic novels, The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas
For non-fiction, The Last Lion trilogy by William Manchester
