Hello! I’m new here but I wanted to ask for any recs for gothic horror/fantasy/supernatural books. Romance is always a huge plus (any level of spice 🌶️). I love folk horror/small town vibes as well. I also prefer happy endings and well rounded characters.
I prefer to stay away from anything to do with pregnancy, toxic relationships or sa (big one for me!)
Some of my fave authors is T. Kingfisher (Sworn Soldiers series, House With Good Bones, The Twisted Ones,) and VE Schwab (The Near Witch) and A.M. Shine (The Watchers). I’m also enjoying Starling House by Alex E. Harrow.
