Hi! I’m 20F and I tend to overthink a lot — replaying conversations, worrying about little things, and getting stuck in my head more than I want to. I’m hoping to find books that help me think differently, feel calmer, or just understand myself better.
It can be fiction that feels comforting, or non-fiction that offers insight or tools for dealing with thoughts and emotions. If you have any favorites, I’d really love your suggestions

been there with the mental loops, especially during long solo hikes – “the power of now” by eckhart tolle really helped me step back from all that noise in my head
