Me personally, i went to the doctor and asked about lasik. He recommended it. I went online and saw loads of negative information so i decided against it. I also learn a lot about nutrition from the internet.
Some people decided not to vaccinate their children and the children died.
Some others took ivermectin, the horse medicine.
Some others found helpful advice and motivational info to fix their health and bodies.
Some got rich off selling scam cures online.
It's a mixed bag. I'd like to read a book on this topic.
