I have a small baby who loves to be read to. I'm looking for bigger books that are compilations of multiple picture books (like eight or ten books in one). Can you recommend any good ones, especially nature stories or myths/legends/fairy tales? Multiple authors or all one author. So far we have:

Several Richard Scarry compilations
Ezra Jack Keats, Keats' Neighborhood
Several Beatrix Potter compilations
