Could be a self help, could be fictional. I just need a book for my brother – he’s overly miser and is super young (just crossed his teens) and he makes my parents’ lives miserable in their old age (he is not wicked or negative, he just doesn’t let us be). This might seem like something that shouldn’t be huge but it is affecting the quality of life of my parents! TIA
