I'm a 31-year-old Asian guy turning 32 this year, and honestly, I've never really read anything outside of textbooks, comics, manga, magazines, or work/research papers. But God just blessed me with kids recently. I want to slowly start picking up books now, so by the time they're 3-4 years old, I can read with them and help them discover the joy of reading. Hopefully, they'll end up way more educated and book-smart than their dad!
Can y'all suggest some easy, engaging books to get me started? I'm open to any genre – fiction, non-fiction, whatever. Just something that's not too intimidating for someone like me.
