Hellooooo,
Although im an elder millenial im pretty new to reddit. Forgive me.
I love fantasy, sci fi, dystopia, southern Gothic types.
Im looking for books (not self help or non-fiction) that deals heavily with a mother/daughter relationship that the daughter ultimately accepts the relationship won't ever be what it should be and learns to live life without it and not relying on a life partner. Just okay being on her own living out the rest of her life. I know that's oddly specific and no, I dont want to talk about it, but thank you in advance for any recommendations you might have!
One that I feel is similar(not exact) to what im looking for is A House with Good Bones by T Kingfisher.
