Hi, I have been sick for about a week now. Had a viral respiratory infection that developed into bacterial one. I'm on antibiotics now and will stay home until Monday.
Can someone please recommend me a fun book or books that I can read while recovering?
Ideally, a page turner, something that is well paced, hard to put down, exciting
Sci Fi, fantasy, adventure, or something like that
Not too long, not sure if I want to start on a 7 book series
Something that doesn't require a lot of memorization of names, places, like Song of Ice and Fire
Something that will be fairly light and ok to read while having a slight headache / after taking Advil and tylenol
I have book 1 of the expanse but find it a bit hard to read while sick for some reason
