I’m particularly looking for a good audiobook to listen to while I drive— but I’ll take any format!

I’ve been really into character studies lately: I just read “Yellowface” by R.F. Kuang, “My Year of Rest and Relaxation” by Otessa Moshfegh, and even “I’m Glad My Mom Died” by Jennette McCurdy, which is not fictional so I’m pleasantly surprised I enjoyed it so much! The Hunger Games franchise is my favourite for this because in addition to being a good character study, I appreciated the sociopolitical parallels.

I really enjoy when you see the world through the eyes of THAT specific character who is written, at times, a little too well. I carry bits and pieces of these characters with me.
