The title has some of the main themes/components I love from my favorite episodic adventure games Life is Strange (1 & Before the Storm, not the other games) and The Walking Dead Telltale game.
I like fantasy but I prefer realistic type fiction a bit more, so nothing over the top like magic and dragons. I like stories that take place in the same universe/world we live in but with a twist of something that *maybe* arguably can be plausible through science like in Life is Strange with the time travelling element, and The Walking Dead Telltale game series with a zombie apocalypse element.
If that makes any sense? I don’t know how to describe the vibe I’m looking for properly, sorry lol. I haven’t read very many books and I lack the vocabulary/media literacy to explain.
