Basically the title! She doesn't have to literally be wearing black leather, but you understand the vibe I want her to have.

I've read 2 books so far that feature this: Among Thieves by MJ Kuhn & The Book Eaters by Sunyi Dean

The Traitor Baru Cormorant is adjacent to this category… Vin from Mistborn is <i>almost</i> this but not quite.
